<p>Submissions with upload fail do not count into total number of submissions, you can try to refresh the page and submit again.</p>

<p>The refreshing the page did not work. The platform counted it as an unfinished upload and counted as a submission. But after some time (about 24h) it reset the counter, but still I had to wait. It happened 5 submissions…</p>
